Your journey · 4 stages, 11 steps
Building your online business
Follow one brand from a rough idea to its first orders and beyond. Scroll, and the phone shows what happens at each step: the store, the Google setup, the ads, the sale and the report.
- 01 Set up
- 02 Bring buyers
- 03 Convert
- 04 Grow
- 1 Planning
It starts with an idea
You have a product and a name. We settle the domain, the platform, payments, shipping, the launch budget and what the first month should look like.
From my work: APFA's website went from a blank page and a newly bought domain to live on my hosting, with updates deployed through Git.
- 2 Shopify build
The store gets built
Theme, collections, product imports, payments, shipping, policies and the pages customers check before they buy.
From my work: Shopify stores for Pallavi Jaipur, Wiselife, Bactose, Dastoor Jewels, Gayatri Bishnoi, Savi India and more.
- 3 Google Business Profile
You show up on Google Maps
A verified Business Profile with the right category, photos, opening hours and your website link. People searching nearby can find the showroom and call or get directions.
- 4 Merchant Center
Your products go into Google
Merchant Center connected to the store, the product feed cleaned up until every product is approved, then linked to Google Ads for Shopping campaigns.
From my work: Merchant Center and Shopping setup for Fusion Furnishing.
- 5 Tracking
Tracking goes in before any ad spend
Meta Pixel with the Conversions API, GA4 and the Google Ads purchase tag, all tested with a real order before a single rupee goes into ads.
From my work: Server-side Google Tag Manager on TrimX.
- 6 Meta Ads
Someone sees your ad
A catalogue or video ad on Instagram or Facebook, shown to people who have looked at products like yours. For brands with showrooms I also run store-visit campaigns.
From my work: Meta Ads for Fusion Furnishing and Samurai Home, including store-visit ads for Samurai Home's new Delhi showroom.
- 7 Google Ads and SEO
Or they search for it
Your product shows up in Shopping results with a photo and price, and your blog post sits on page one for the question they typed.
From my work: Google Shopping for Fusion Furnishing. SEO for Ben Franklin Eyegear, Ellen College and Gayatri Bishnoi.
- 8 Shopify theme
The product page answers their questions
Monthly EMI, delivery and returns, reviews and size charts sit right next to the price, so nobody has to go looking.
From my work: EMI display, trust bar and reviews on Samurai Home. Size charts with an inches/cm toggle on Seren Milano.
- 9 Shopify theme
Add to cart stays one tap away
When the main button scrolls off screen, a slim bar slides up with the price and an add to cart button.
From my work: Sticky add-to-cart bars on Fusion Furnishing and Samurai Home.
- 10 Tracking
The sale gets counted
The order fires the purchase events set up earlier, so Meta and Google learn from real sales and spend follows what actually sells.
From my work: Rebuilt Samurai Home's Google Ads purchase tracking, which had been pulling sales from the wrong source.
- 11 Reporting
Next month's budget follows the results
Each month you get a short report: what sold, which channel brought the buyer, and where I'd move money next. Then the loop starts again.
From my work: Monthly reports for ad and SEO clients, written to be read in five minutes.
